Jeremy Raby
President

Jeremy founded Real Solutions Realty as a sole broker in 2007 and has developed the company into a multi-office, multi-state firm with nearly 400 producing agents. After receiving a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati in 2001, he entered the real estate business as a sales associate. Jeremy’s vision for a “boutique” style brokerage that focuses on agent production rather than agent count continues to be one of the firm’s three pillars today.
During the firm’s first three years, emerging legislation and unparalleled market fluctuations caused the industry to change at a rapid rate. Surviving and growing his brokerage during this challenging period has provided Jeremy with the experience and knowledge that continues to guide his firm. With a constant eye on the future, Jeremy regularly engages with his leadership team to make necessary improvements that drive the firm’s continued success. Jeremy and his team have embraced a “do what’s right” mentality that is the cornerstone of each venture and has allowed the company to develop a property management division, title division and relocation division. Jeremy currently serves on ERA’s National Advisory Council, is a member of the ERA Young Leaders Network and is a recipient of the coveted ERA Gene Francis Award, for overall top ERA company. In their downtime, Jeremy and his wife Kristina enjoy spending time with their three children, Jackson, Addyson and Lillian, and their many extracurricular activities. Jeremy consistently donates both his time and resources to many youth and high school organizations. |
Megan Kopec
VP of Relocation

Megan graduated from Kent State in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising. After graduation, she worked in various advertising firms in the Chicago area. In 2008, Megan took a job at Leading Apartments in Chicago, which started her Relocation career.
Megan’s experience in relocation encompasses temporary housing, relocation management and corporate relocation sales. Her knowledge and experiences advanced her to the position of Director of Relocation and Client Development for a large regional firm. At this firm, Megan’s teams were Cartus Platinum winners and included many other awards and distinctions. She has held her real estate license since 2013 and also has her CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) designation. Megan Currently is on the board of RCCO (Relocation Council of Central Ohio) and is a member of the RDC (Relocation Director Council). Megan joined ERA Real Solutions in 2017 as Vice President of Relocation Services. She leads the firms Relocation Division, eCommerce Division and Referral Holding Division. She enjoys educating new and experienced agents with her extensive knowledge in these unique facets of the real estate industry. Megan and her husband Brad are proud parents of two girls, currently reside in the Hillard area and is an avid runner and reader. |
Christine Probst
CONTROLLER

Christine Probst is the newly appointed Controller for ERA Real Solutions. With a career as a financial controller, she has a strong inclination towards detecting and rectifying process errors, managing tactical day-to-day financial operations, and providing critical financial information. Throughout her career, Christine has worked across various industries including wholesale and retail HVAC, sports apparel, CPA office, and most recently a country club. She is enthusiastic about learning and supporting the organization and its staff in achieving their objectives and maximizing their potential.
Christine is an alumnus of the University of Cincinnati and has obtained SHRM-CP certification in Human Resources. Along with her husband, Chris, she has two sons, a daughter-in-law, and two grand dogs. Christine has an ardent passion for sports, especially the Bengals (Who Dey!), Reds, and college basketball. In her leisure time, she enjoys playing golf, games, solving jigsaw puzzles, and reading. |
Erica Kolinski

Erica moved to Cape Coral in 2007 from a small town in Virginia where she was born and raised. She instantly fell in love with the Cape Coral lifestyle—beaches, flip flops, great food, and wonderful people. Finding her niche in real estate, Erica became a Realtor in 2012, inspired by several relatives who instilled in her a passion for helping people find not just homes, but a lifestyle.
She became a Broker Associate with ERA and earned her GRI designation to further her real estate education and expand her resources to better serve her clients. Erica and her husband Dan have raised their family in SWFL, with their son Matt and daughter Pela. They live the dream as parents, enjoying after-school sports and recreational activities all year long. The family has a deep love for baseball, frequently attending local games and Tampa Bay Rays games. Being close to the beaches and waterways for boating has been a blessing, as they love spending time outdoors. Erica is always eager to help others discover the wonderful lifestyle that Cape Coral offers! |
Greg Williams

Greg Williams grew up in southern New Hampshire, about 45 minutes north of Boston. Coming from a family of real estate investors, Greg was practically born into the industry. He purchased his first multi-family property in 2003 at the age of 23, which inspired him to get his real estate license. While he primarily focuses on residential sales, Greg also has extensive experience in property management, investment, flipping, and commercial real estate.
Outside of work, Greg enjoys spending time with his two young daughters and two energetic dogs. He has a background in running a seasonal boat business on Fort Myers Beach for about 7 years, making him very comfortable on a boat and at the beach. Greg also loves traveling, playing golf, hitting the gym, and playing tennis and pickleball. He is always eager to connect and help agents and clients with their real estate needs. |
